Hi, I’m Kris Schwenck and I’m an illustrator • designer based in Webster, New York. I have a light, whimsical, quirky style. I am passionate about creating happy, colorful art that makes people smile.
My career has had many chapters. I was traditionally taught design in college at RIT and learned on the job to design/illustrate on computers while at Xerox and other agencies for over 15 years. I got my Masters in Art Education and loved working with all kinds of budding artists. I opened my online shop in 2009 to sell greeting cards and wedding invitations. My quirky, whimsical style has customers buying my designs from Great Britain, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, France and the USA.
I envision my art on greeting cards, fabric, puzzles, stationery, party supplies and possibly children’s books. My goal is simple; to get my designs onto products for everyone to enjoy.
